Call of Duty is without a doubt one of the world's most iconic franchises.
The recently released Black Ops Cold War is coming off the success that Modern Warfare had during 2020, which was in large part due to Warzone.
Now, with both titles gearing up to release a brand new season; a new report has shed light on how much success the game has had.

A new report published by The NPD Group has spotlighted some of the best selling games from January 2020 - January 2021.
Sitting atop the list is no other than Black Ops Cold War and Modern Warfare 2019.
This should come as no surprise really, as the Call of Duty series is always one of the top sellers each year.
But, for Activision to claim both spots, with Black Ops Cold War only releasing a few months ago is still impressive nevertheless.
