The ACR assault rifle is widely regarded by the Call of Duty community as one of the very best rifles to ever feature in the popular first-person shooter franchise.
Season Two of Warzone is well underway and has bought in plenty of new content for players to get stuck into. Ranging from new weapons, new Operators to unlock, new points of interest around Verdansk and an all-new Battle Pass for players to complete, the season could well be the last for the current map.
Last seen in Modern Warfare 3, the ACR hasn’t officially appeared in Warzone, but some crafty players have fully utilised the Gunsmith to create a weapon that is almost identical to the classic AR.
Find out how to create the ACR, which attachments to use and the ultimate loadout for the weapon in this guide!

ACR Assault Rifle
As mentioned above, the ACR isn’t actually a part of Warzone’s ever-expanding arsenal of weaponry.
Famed for its fast rate of fire, ease of control and non-existent recoil, the ACR was the strongest and most versatile rifle across Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3.
The rifle didn’t feature in the 2019 reboot of the sub-franchise, but its brief tenure in the original trilogy cemented itself as one of the best weapons to appear in a Call of Duty title.
How To Make The ACR In Warzone
Reddit user ‘ixMnstr’ managed to create this ACR replica using the Kilo 141 and a strong attachment combination which can be found below:
- Compensator (Muzzle)
- Singuard Arms 19.8” Prowler (Barrel)
- Singuard Arms Sniper Pro (Stock)
- Rubberized Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
- Commando Foregrip (Underbarrel)
This combination of attachments is perfect for mid-range combat. The grip tape, compensator, and foregrip keep recoil levels down to a minimum while the barrel and stock provide increases to damage range and overall mobility.
The lack of optic can hinder its performance at longer distances, but for mid-range combat, few weapons come close to this ACR replica.

Secondary
HDR
- Muzzle Brake (Muzzle)
- 26.9” HDR Pro (Barrel)
- FTAC Champion (Stock)
- Sleight of Hand (Perk)
- Tac Laser (Laser)
While the “ACR” falls short in long-distance duels, the HDR is the ideal secondary weapon to bolster your long-range capabilities.
Grenades
- Semtex (Lethal)
- Heartbeat Sensor (Tactical)
There are few utility combinations that come close to having a Semtex and Heartbeat Sensor. Use the Semtex to deal further damage to opponents and stick it to any moving vehicles for some explosive results.
The Heartbeat Sensor is crucial when it comes to entering a building and seeing if any opponent is lurking in a corner waiting for the perfect time to strike.
Perks
- Double Time (Perk 1)
- Overkill (Perk 2)
- Amped (Perk 3)
Double Time doubles the length of Tactical Sprint, enabling you to navigate the map faster while Overkill allows you to equip two primary weapons in the same loadout to bolster your firepower.
The third and final Perk is Amped which increases weapon swap speed, ideal for those moments where you spot a target on top of a multi-storey building and have the perfect chance of sending him to the gulag with a single shot.
