COD Mobile's Chicom makes a triumphant return from Black Ops 2 as one of the best SMGs in the game.
With many different customisation options, it can be easy to get confused with what the best attachments are to equip and which attachments suit your style of play the best.

The Chicom SMG
The Chicom submachine gun is unlocked at level 130. It is a 3 round burst with a high cyclic fire rate to allows for fast bursts.
This weapon overcomes some of the faults found with SMGs, giving more accuracy and power stability at range. It also fairs great at close range due to the fast fire rate.
Chicom Weapon Skins
Weapons in COD Mobile come with different weapon skins that will make your gun look nice and provide a few advantages:
- CQB - Double kills add some bullets into the clip instantly and kills are broadcasted with effects.
Chicom Attachments
Attachments in COD Mobile will improve the weapon's statistics and performance in-game.
The Chicom's base stats are:
- Damage - 75
- Fire Rate - 66
- Accuracy - 60
- Mobility - 80
- Range - 42
With attachments they have the following performance increase:
- FMJ - Increases damage by 10.
- Foregrip - Increases accuracy by 10.
- Stock - Increases mobility by 10.
The Best Chicom Class
Attachments
- Red Dot Sight
- Stock

- Fast Mags
The Chicom is one of the more accurate SMGs, with the red dot sight and foregrip this will make this SMG fantastic at range.
The gun is great up close and you may find you burn through a magazine fast, so it's best to use fast mags so you can quickly reload after finishing off an opponent and get back into the fight.
To increase your mobility, stock will help you compete with some of the more agile weapons especially when having a long-range fight.

Agile will allow you to ready yourself faster after running, so you're ready for any fight.
Ghost will keep you hidden from the enemy UAV.
Alert will give you an idea of where enemies are and help ready yourself for a close-range fight.
Grenades
- Semtex (Lethal)
- Smoke Grenade (Tactical)
The semtex is the best aggressive lethal to take and can help you take down enemies hiding in difficult spots. The smoke will allow you to run across large open areas.
Operator Skill
- Purifier
A nice spray and pray operator skill that requires less accuracy and will collect a few multi-kills, where the Chicom will not.
Scorestreaks
- UAV (400)
- Air Drop (550)
- Sentry Gun (800)
By playing aggressively, you may expect to die more often, but with how versatile this weapon is you should be fine. This streaks setup is designed to give you as much intel on the map.
The UAV will tell you where enemies are, the air drop will encourage players to try and collect it and the Sentry Gun will provide extra covering fire while locking down a segment of the map.
