Microsoft's confirmed that they stopped producing all Xbox One consoles near the end of 2020. While they'd previously confirmed Xbox One X and Xbox One S All-Digital consoles had ceased production, the Xbox One S was still being produced globally.
The Verge reports that Microsoft stopped production entirely to better focus on their then upcoming console, the Xbox Series X/S. Remaining stocks might still be available through retailers, but those won't be replenished.

Xbox One Console Production Stopped in 2020, Confirms Microsoft
Cindy Walker, senior director of Xbox console product marketing, spoke with The Verge, confirming:
“To focus on production of Xbox Series X / S, we stopped production for all Xbox One consoles by the end of 2020.”
It's in direct contrast to Sony's strategy, as recent reports suggest they'll continue making PS4s to compensate for the ongoing PS5 shortage.
That's due to the global semiconductor shortage, something that's considerably affected Microsoft too with Series X shortages, though perhaps due to the lack of 4K functionality, Xbox Series S has been more readily available. Make sure to follow us for more console games and updates as it happens.
