To get a refund on Steam, start by heading to this help page here.
Once there sign in with your Steam account. With that done click on the A Purchase tab.
Find the game you want refunding, click on it, and follow the steps until you’ve submitted your request. Then like before, wait for Steam to make its decision.
If you don’t see Cyberpunk 2077 on the list it may be because it falls outside of Steam’s refund window.
If you have played the game for more than 2 hours, or have owned it for more than 14 days then you can’t refund it at all on Steam.
