Another Friday of the FACEIT Pro Series for the young esport Apex Legends, despite the recent patch update, this week brought some typical faces to the top of the scoreboard but a champion emerged this week.
What Is The FACEIT Pro Series?
For those who are unaware of what exactly the FACEIT Pro Series is, it is a series of tournaments featuring 16 teams. Fourteen of these teams have been invited by FACEIT and the other two teams qualified through a closed qualifier.
The Pro Series is broken down into eight separate days, also with a unique point system that is reminiscent of Fortnite’s current system. Each elimination will earn you and your team one additional point while the placement points are broken down into tiers:
1st = 10 Points2nd = 5 points3rd = 3 points

T1 Finish T1
Week two of the FACEIT Pro Series brought us a new victor, as previous week 1 winner TSM only amassed a sixth-place finish this time around.
With $5000 on the line, Korea based organization T1 (formerly SKT1) came out victorious this week. The team featuring Kurt, BcJ, and ZerG finished with an outstanding 468 points where 348 of those were eliminations alone.
T1 finished 25 points clear of second place team Fire Beavers while NRG Esports rounded out the top three with 420 points.
