The wait is finally over!
In an announcement on Xbox Wire, Jeremy Dunham, Vice President at Psyonix, revealed the official release date for Rocket League’s arrival on Xbox One. Players can expect the popular title to become available on Wednesday, February 17 for $19.99 USD (Approximately £14).
As an added bonus, the wait seems to have been worthwhile for Xbox One users, as Psyonix also announced the addition of three previously-released DLC Packs with every purchase of Rocket League.
The additional content will include:
- “Supersonic Fury” – Two Premium Battle-Cars, 12 Decals, 5 Paint types, 2 Rocket Trails, 2 Wheels
- “Revenge of the Battle-Cars” – Two Premium Battle-Cars, 12 Decals, 3 Paint types, 2 Rocket Trails, 2 Wheels, 4 Toppers, 2 Antennas
- “Chaos Run” – Two Premium Battle-Cars, 12 Decals, 2 Wheels, 2 Rocket Trails, 3 Toppers, 3 Antennas
Xbox will also receive console exclusives:
- The Armadillo from Gears of War
- The Warthog variant from Halo titled “HogSticker”
- Several Xbox-exclusive Garage items such as the Overcharge Rocket Trail from Sunset Overdrive.
