#80 - Aymeric Laporte - 86 CB

An injury-hit season for Laporte which saw him miss around ⅔ of the Premier League campaign puts him in the firing line for a downgrade heading into FUT 21.

Nevertheless, he should still keep a decent 86 rating.

#79 - Edinson Cavani - 86 ST

Cavani is currently a free agent, however, it’s highly likely that he’ll get snapped up before the start of the season, with Inter and Leeds all apparently interested in the Uruguayan.

Unfortunately, a downgrade will be very likely for Cavani having only played a handful of games for PSG.

#78 - Toby Alderweireld - 86 CB

The Belgian pairing of Alderweireld and Vertonghen hasn’t looked as sharp as previous seasons, and both should be set for downgrades heading into FUT 21.

Alderweireld should still be in for an okay 86 rated card though.

#77 - Leroy Sane - 86 LW

Following his transfer to Bayern, Leroy Sane should retain his 86 rated card from FIFA 20 and should be featuring in the OTW squad in FUT 21.

#76 - Miralem Pjanic - 86 CM

Another OTW candidate for FUT 21, the Bosnian playmaker should retain an 86 rating in FUT 21 following a big-money transfer to Barcelona.

With the likes of Rakitic receiving likely downgrades, could Pjanic be in for a starting spot at the Camp Nou?

#75 - Lorenzo Insigne - 86 LW

Despite securing a TOTSSF item, Lorenzo Insigne has been tipped for a slight downgrade heading into FUT 21, with a position switch from CF to LW also likely.

#74 -  Jamie Vardy - 86 ST

Fantastic Mr Fox Jamie Vardy should be in for a decent upgrade on his FUT 21 item, following another impressive season for Leicester which saw him receive multiple performance-based upgrades in FUT.

#73 - Sergej Milinkovic-Savic - 86 CM

Milinkovic-Savic has had another impressive season with Lazio which saw him get into the Serie A TOTSSF squad.

With an upgrade to 86, he looks to be a proper box to box central midfielder and a great addition to any FUT 21 squad.

#72 - Jadon Sancho - 86 RM

One of the big transfer sagas occurring this summer, Jadon Sancho is one of the hottest prospects in world football, following another storming season in the Bundesliga for Dortmund.

The youngster should get another jump to an 86 rated card and an OTW card should he secure a big-money move to Old Trafford.

#71 - Andrew Robertson - 86 LB

The Scot should definitely be in with a shout for another upgrade in FUT 21, following a title-winning season with Liverpool, as well as a TOTY and TOTSSF card in FIFA 20.

We’d love to see him and Trent bagging some assists in FUT 21 together with their upgraded cards.

#70 - Fabinho - 86 CDM

The Brazilian defensive midfielder could potentially receive a small boost to an 86 rated card next season following Liverpool’s impressive league campaign.

#69 - Phillipe Coutinho - 86 CAM

With Coutinho’s loan to Bayern expiring, it’ll be interesting to see what happens with his future upon returning to Spain.

Expect the tricky Brazilian to keep his 86 rating, moving from an LW to his more natural CAM position in FUT 21.

#68 - Luis Alberto - 86 CAM

Lazio’s main playmaking threat Luis Alberto has to receive a +2 boost after his incredible season.

With a whopping 97 rated TOTSSF item, it’s hard to see the Spaniard receiving anything less than an 86 rated card heading into FUT21.

#67 - Riyad Mahrez - 86 RW

Despite Manchester City’s wealth of attacking options, Mahrez has pushed his way into the Manchester City starting 11 with a tonne of high-level performances this season.

An upgrade seems on the cards, with an 86 rated card looking realistic for the Algerian

#66 - Alejandro Gomez - 86 CAM

The Atalanta captain will definitely be upgraded in FIFA 21, after an impressive league campaign with Atalanta, in which he’s secured 22 goal contributions.

#65 - Alexandre Lacazette - 86 ST

Despite not receiving any performance-based upgrades in FUT 20, Lacazette could still retain his 86 rating heading into FUT 21, following 10 goals in the Premier League this season.

#64 - Leanardo Bonucci - 86 CB

Following another Juventus Serie A title, Bonucci should retain his 86 rating, or could even sneak into the 87’s, being a mainstay in their side for the entirety of their league campaign.

#63 - Trent Alexander-Arnold - 87 RB

As we move in the 87s, we have a big one, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, receiving a big +4 boost from FIFA 20.

While still very young, Trent is frequently touted as the world’s greatest full back, so needs to have a high rating to support those claims.

#62 - Bruno Fernandes - 87 CAM

Manchester United’s talismanic attacking midfielder will be seeing a boost from his 85 ratings, with an 87 rating not out of the question given United’s surge in form following the restart of the Premier League.

#61 - Daniel Parejo - 87 CM

The Valencia man has once again proven he can justify an upgrade, after scoring 8 goals from his central midfield role in La Liga, earning 3 In-Forms and a TOTSSF item in the process.
