TOTW 20
Team of the Week 20 Prediction
TOTW 20 features a very good looking set of IF cards, with 2 potential Headliner upgrades inbound, as well as a first OTW upgrade to Jonathan David after his influential performance at the weekend.
A couple of things to mention regarding this TOTW:
- With Manchester United winning 9-0 over Southampton, 2 IFs from the game are very likely, given the big win.
- While Kostic from Frankfurt earned 3 goal contributions in a 3-1 win over Hoffenheim, his inclusion in TOTW 18 only a couple of weeks ago may hinder him receiving a TOTW 20 IF.
Starting 11
Manuel Neuer - 91 GK
Neuer put in a MOTM display on Friday in Bayern’s 1-0 away win over Hertha, making 7 saves and keeping the all-important clean sheet, more than deserving of an IF.
Luke Shaw - 84 LB
Luke Shaw has been in scintillating form over recent weeks, and his 2 assists and clean sheet in Man United’s demolition of Southampton should earn him his first IF of the season.
Raphael Varane - 87 CB
Yes, it’s happening. Arguably FUT’s most meta CB this year is in the running for an IF after scoring a brace in Real Madrid’s 2-1 win over Huesca.
Angelino - 83 LWB
Leipzig’s Spanish wingback has been in contention for plenty of IFs this year, with another inclusion in our prediction this week following a brace of assists and a clean sheet in a 3-0 win on Saturday.
Kerem Demirbay - 83 CM
The Leverkusen man was key in a 5-2 win over Stuttgart on Saturday, scoring twice from centre midfield.
Ilkay Gundogan - 85 CM
Manchester City have been unstoppable recently, and Gundogan is up for yet another IF recommendation after scoring a brace in their 4-1 win at Anfield over the current Premier League Champions.
Bruno Fernandes - 91 CAM
Bruno grabbed himself a goal and 2 assists in the 9-0 win over Southampton, which could be enough to earn himself yet another IF upgrade, and a subsequent Headliner upgrade to a 92.
Mikel Oyarzabal - 87 LW
Another card that would receive a Headliner upgrade, Oyarzabal earned 2 goals, 1 being a penalty in a comprehensive 4-1 win over Cadiz on Sunday, which may be enough to earn him a place in TOTW 20.
Memphis Depay - 88 CF
2 goals for Memphis against Strasbourg in a 3-0 win should be enough to secure him an IF this week, with few high rated attacking options to choose from.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic 86 ST or 82 Ante Rebic CAM
Both Zlatan and Rebic scored braces in Milan’s 4-0 home win over Crotone on Sunday, meaning both could make the selection. We’re leaning towards Ibra given that he earned the MOTM award.
Jean-Pierre Nsame - 84 ST
A rather underwhelming ST to round off the starting 11, but Nsame deserves an inclusion after scoring a hat-trick over the weekend.
Subs & Reserves
- Muslera 84 GK
- Golovin 82 CM
- Almiron 82 CAM
- Lingard 81 CAM
- Laborde 81 LW
- David 81 ST
- Pandev 82 ST
- Canelo 78 LM
- Rexhbecaj 78 CM
- Durdevic 77 ST
- Grgic 76 CM
- Charles 73 ST
TOTW 19
TOTW 19 was one to forget for the most part - here's a reminder of what was on offer.
How To Get In-Forms And Make Money Fast
The only way to get in-form cards is by either obtaining one in a pack or buying one off of the market place.
To increase your chances of getting an in-form, you can open more packs. The more expensive the pack is the higher probability of packing one (but the chances of getting one is not guaranteed.
SBC packs are usually far more lucrative than the regular packs, so if you can complete some of the SBCs, you may get lucky.
Throughout the year, EA usually releases a TOTW SBC that will grant your a random in-form item from all of the previous weeks of FIFA.
