EA Sports have been incredibly kind with the requirements for this card, which aren't difficult whatsoever.
The Objectives take place in the Managerial Masterpiece mode, which requires a maximum squad rating of 77. We'd look to build as balanced a squad as possible in order to avoid forcing play through one or two high-rated players.
We'd also recommend using a Serie A striker in order to complete the 'Calcio Connection' objective as quickly as possible, as that will be the most time consuming of the four.
Aside from that we'd say to build whatever squad you feel most comfortable with and get those wins!
