All Star Wars weapons in Fortnite for Skywalker Week
- DC-15 Blaster Rifle
- Jedi Padawan Lightsaber
- Sith Apprentice Lightsaber
These few Fortnite Star Wars weapons are available for the Find the Force event, running through most of May 2023.
We've gained a few new lightsabers themed around apprentices to the Force, but lost those of Kylo Ren, Obi-Wan, and Mace Windu that were introduced during last year's May 4th celebrations.
What's new, though, is the addition of the intensely powerful DC-15 Blaster Rifle.
How to get the new Fortnite Star Wars skins - Anakin, Padme, Darth Maul, Clone Troopers
There are four new skins for the 2023 May 4th event: Anakin Skywalker, Padme Amidala, Darth Maul, and a slew of Clone Trooper variants.
To get Anakin and Padme, you'll need to fork out your V-Bucks. Each one costs 1,500 V-Bucks as a standalone skin, or 2,100 V-Bucks for a bundle containing new accessories. You can also pick up the 501st and 212th Battalion Trooper pack, containing two Clone variant skins, for 800 V-Bucks.
To get Darth Maul, you'll need to purchase the premium track of the Find the Force quest ladder. Then, you'll have to work through all the quests until you earn 11,000 Galactic Reputation points, at which point Darth Maul will be yours. The same applies for the regular Clone Trooper skin. Ahsoka's Clone Trooper will cost you 8,000 Galactic Reputation, the Wolf Pack Trooper 4,000, and the Corsucant Guard Outfit comes free once you purchase the premium track.
Where do I find a lightsaber in Fortnite? - How to get lightsabers in Fortnite
The Find the Force event in Fortnite isn't quite the same as the May 4th on that came last year. Because of that, the way you get lightsabers in Fortnite has changed slightly.
Last time, it was easy enough to just find each and every available Fortnite lightsaber in chests and random loot drops. This time, however, there are a few different ways.
There are two lightsaber variants included in Fortnite this time around: the Jedi Padawan Lightsaber and Sith Apprentice Lightsaber. Go ahead and click on each guide to see how to get them!
Where is the DC-15 Blaster Rifle in Fortnite?
New this time around is the DC-15 Blaster Rifle - an iconic gun Stormtroopers just love to miss with. For Skywalker Week, there's a new way to get it - Imperial Chests.
This iconic weapon can be found around the island on the ground or in chests like any other weapon, or looted from an Imperial Chest.
Paired with a duplicate, it's possible to dodge the overheat mechanic you run into when firing this unlimited-ammo weapon for too long by simply switching out to another.
Where are Stormtroopers in Fortnite? - Fortnite Stormtrooper locations
As of May 2023, Stormtrooper NPCs don't appear in Fortnite.
You could also find Stormtrooper NPCs sprawled across the Fortnite map. These Stormtrooper checkpoints had two guards wandering around. As they're each equipped with Mythic E-11 Blaster Rifles, you'll want to avoid accidentally running them over with your car, tank, or battle bus - they'll likely deal a lot of damage if you anger them.
We've marked the three Stormtrooper Checkpoints on there for you to check out, based on where they used to spawn. As a word of warning, though, you were best off heading for the one further away from the battle bus. They're popular locations, and getting into a fight around there always ended up as a question of who manages to buy an E-11 Blaster Rifle first.
When will Fortnite Star Wars weapons come back?
Star Wars weapons and skins are currently available in Fortnite, as of May 5, 2023. New this time around were some prequel era skins, but we've seen lots before in the past.
That's because three new Star Wars skins were added to Fortnite on November 1, 2022: Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, and Leia Organa. They were in to celebrate Skywalker week, and while a week wasn't enough time to bring Star Wars back into the game full-force (get it?) Epic Games could very well surprise us.
That's it for our look at the Fortnite Star Wars weapons from the May 4th event! Why not consider trying out the new Fortnite gyro controls added to the PC and PlayStation versions recently? In some situations, they're much faster than a traditional thumbstick aiming.
For more on Fortnite, we've already collected the Fortnite Find the Force quests for you to race through from some easy Battle Pass experience. On top of that, check out a few Star Wars goodies from earlier in the year. The Fortnite Book of Boba Fett collaboration was a fun time.
