A Modern Warfare 3 streamer has managed to score a 360 no-scope using a recorder instead of a controller or a mouse and keyboard.
The incredible feat took place during the second beta weekend for Modern Warfare 3 where PC, Xbox, and PlayStation players could experience Sledgehammer Games' latest release ahead of its official launch later this year.
In a bid to become the world's first player to hit a 360 no-scope off the iconic Highrise crane, streamer DeanoBeano grabbed a sniper rifle and somehow positioned his crosshair onto a nearby opponent much to his surprise and excitement.
With the time running out as his team neared the Domination score limit, Deano committed to the shot, plummeting off the side of the building before successfully scoring what's arguably the most impressive Modern Warfare 3 trickshot so far.
Judging by his reaction, Deano seems rather impressed with the shot: "Let's go! Let's f**king go! Oh my f**king god," exclaims the streamer as he places his hands upon his head in sheer disbelief.
As expected, several players were quick to give the feat their seal of approval. One player asks: "How many hours did you do this for?" Deano replies: "8 today (October 14), 12 yesterday (October 13). Took way too long to hit."
Call of Duty players are no strangers to using unorthodox objects in order to outplay their opposition over the course of a match. During the early seasons of Warzone, one player dropped into Verdansk using a baguette before eventually scoring a kill using the bread-based controller.
In addition to using a recorder to dominate the opposition with a sniper in hand, Deano has also managed to hit a no-scope on Rust. Instead of using a recorder, he decided to equip a Guitar Hero controller to land another incredible shot.
Scoring a no-scope with a standard controller is hard enough, let alone with a musical instrument. With the bar for unusual controller trick shots already high, it's going to take some doing to outdo the skills of DeanoBeano.
