Fortnite update v29.20 patch notes

The latest Fortnite update includes an exciting new event and some bug fixes. Here’s a closer look at what’s coming in v29.20.

Avatar the Last Airbender collaboration event

With Avatar Aang’s iceberg popping up on the Fortnite map, fans have been expecting this collaboration for a while. Now that it’s here, it’s time to put that Mythic Waterbending to good use.

Epic Games has confirmed that this event will come with skins for Katara, Zuko, and Toph along with some new quests and Mythic weapons. The skins will be available from the in-game shop, so get those V-Bucks ready.

Rocket Racing Season 1

Fortnite v29.20 will also introduce players to the first season of Rocket Racing. This means new cars, tracks, and cosmetics are on their way.

Here’s a list of tracks that are expected to show up during Season 1:

  • Jackrabbit
  • Conduit
  • Tri-City
  • Slap Happy
  • Delirium

Expected bug fixes

  • The First Match Loss Prevention indicator is disabled for ranked modes in Battle Royale. First Match Loss Prevention is still active, it is only the indicator that’s not working properly.
  • Star railings cannot be placed in Tower Manor for Lego Fortnite.
  • Unexpected collisions for some tracks in Rocket Racing.
  • Hitches while navigating the Discover Menu on console and mobile devices.

And that’s all the details we have on Fortnite v29.20 patch notes but we’ll update this guide if we find more changes. While you’re here, be sure to check out some of our guides like how to craft Power Cells or Ice Cream in Lego Fortnite.
