The LAS-16 Sickle can be acquired by purchasing it from the first page of the Cutting Edge Rewards. This is part of the Premium Warbond, so you’ll need to spend 1,000 Super Credits first to access the shop.

You can earn Super Credits by completing missions in the game or interacting with points of interest while you’re out on the field. You also have the option of buying Super Credits with your hard-earned money.

Once you have access to the Premium Warbond, you can purchase the LAS-16 Sickle for 20 medals.
