How to get troll bogeys in Hogwarts Legacy
As mentioned earlier, troll bogeys are crucial in potion-making. It's especially necessary if you want to make invisibility potions.
To find and collect troll bogeys, players need to find and slay trolls, which isn't as easy as it sounds. However, they do have a 100% drop rate when you've felled a troll.
There are some trolls you can find when playing through the main quest of the game. But most trolls must be sought out by the player themselves, without the help of quests. Players can find troll lairs on the map with a mountain peak-like emblem, but not all mountains contain troll lairs.
Some of the best locations to find troll lairs are in the northern parts of Feldcroft, the eastern parts of Feldcroft, and the eastern parts of Poidsear Castle.
However, if do not want to track down trolls, players can also purchase troll bogeys directly from vendors. Head to J. Pippin Potions in Hogsmeade, where you can buy the ingredient for 100 Galleons. Do note that this can become expensive if you intend to make multiple invisibility potions.
