In Utopia Builder mode, you'll have to locate colony spots yourself. These spots can be identified by a flag icon with a golden outline. Clicking the icon reveals the construction specifications, which typically require resources like Prefabs, Cores, Heatstamps, and Frostland Teams to establish the colony.
Once you have identified the location of the colony, you will have to link it to your capital city by constructing Trails. These pathways are essential for moving resources and people between the colony and your main city. Once the connection is established, you can start colonists and supplies to establish the new outpost.
