Grow Population
One of the most straightforward methods of increasing your Workforce is growing your city's population. Your city’s population will grow over time if you keep the conditions favorable by providing your people with food, shelter, and warmth.
To grow your population faster, you can introduce specific laws and policies that promote Population Growth. For example, enacting the Family Apprenticeship law or welcoming new settlers from the Frostlands can help boost your Workforce.
It is also worth mentioning that with overpopulation, you can also face some setbacks like lack of resources. To deal with it, make sure your infrastructure is ready to accommodate more people.
Implement Laws and Policies
Frostpunk 2 offers a range of laws that directly affect your Workforce. Some laws make more of your population eligible for work, while others allow reduced workers to do a given job.
