After you progress through the story and get access to Poundmates, Chitose Buster Holmes will send you a message telling you to meet her at Oahu Burger to give you a present.
The message reads:

Oahu Burger is located near Aloha Beach, on the east side of it right in front of the Aloha Beach juicery.
