It is a state-of-the-art weapon system that fires a localised EMP on a slight delay, destroys tactical and lethal equipment and temporarily disables other electronic devices. What is the best Modern Warfare 3 Stormender loadout?

Since Stormender is a launcher, you cannot customise the weapon with attachments. As a result, you will have to use Stormender in Modern Warfare 3 in its default state.

Fortunately, you can modify the decals and stickers of the weapon in the Gunsmith section, but these items are purely cosmetic and don't provide any additional benefits on the battleground.

Unfortunately, the Stormender launcher falls short, especially in multiplayer. It proves ineffective against opponents, doing little to no damage. The launcher shoots out an EMP-like pulse, lacking ammo concerns but failing to make an impact on zombies.

Even after Pack-a-Punching, the performance doesn't improve significantly. The hope was that upgrading it would enhance its effectiveness, but the slow rate of fire remains a significant drawback.

How to unlock Stormender in Modern Warfare 3

To get the Stormender Launcher in Modern Warfare 3, you need to finish Sector A12 in the Season 1 battle pass. This weapon is free-to-unlock, so you don’t need the premium battle pass. But you can also get it right away by buying Battle Pass tokens.

The Stormender Launcher fires an EMP blast after a short delay, which can destroy or disable any electronic equipment, such as tactical and lethal gadgets, drones, and some Killstreaks. It can also lock on to specific targets and shoot them down.
