Modern Warfare 3 Bounty mode explained
The way Bounty mode works is that you will have to eliminate enemy players, until the required score limit is reached. Once you have managed to reach that, you will be victorious.
Interestingly, while there are some similarities to the Team Deathmatch mode - in the way the matches are played - everyone has unlimited lives here. But once you start getting up those kills, the player with the top score will be marked as the high-value target, or HVT if you want.
But the mark of the HVT will also alternate between teams, based also on a time interval. This also means that if you manage to catch the HVT and get them off the match, for the moment, you will be awarded extra points.
The Bounty mode will be featured in the mid-season of Season 2, along with another return of another mode, Hordepoint. This is a classic zombie mode where you will be faced with a huge horde of these awful undead creatures. Once you reach the boundaries of the Hordepoint, a mass of new zombies will be spawned into the level, with even the occasional Elite one coming up to add to the challenge.
