Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 Reloaded game modes
In total, there are three new Modern Warfare 3 game modes on their way in the Season 1 Reloaded update. It may not seem like much but they'll add some fresh ways to play.
Team Gunfight
Team Gunfight arrives as a variant of the hugely popular Gunfight mode. Instead of 2v2 on small, symmetrical maps, players will load into the usual selection of maps for some 6v6 competition.
Just like a standard Gunfight match, the loadout will change throughout the match, meaning you'll have to get familiar with the entire weapon arsenal in order to secure victory.
Headquarters
Headquarters returns much to the delight of those familiar with the mode that's featured in several Call of Duty titles. The objective of this particular game mode is simple, secure control of the objective to score points.
Be aware that once a team has secured control of a Headquarters, respawns are disabled for the team tasked with defending the objective.
Infected
The third and final Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 Reloaded game mode is arguably the most popular. Infected is back in the rotation, much to the delight of those looking for a mode to evade the constant battle with SBMM.
Infected is extremely straightforward. One randomly assigned player begins the match as "infected." Those who are eliminated by the infected player join their team in a bid to wipe out the survivors before the time runs out.
