How to craft Giga Spheres in Palworld
The Giga Sphere is a golden orb that significantly elevates the odds of successfully capturing rare Pals. While regular and Mega Spheres can be found in starting zones, the Giga Sphere is harder to find. You'll need to travel farther to find them as loot.
Or, you can simply craft them at your base. You just need to grow to level 20 to unlock the Giga Sphere recipe. This is the best way to ensure that you have a steady supply of Giga Spheres to catch those Pals.
First, you'll need to set up a Sphere Workbench, which is different from the Primitive Workbench used to craft regular blue Pal Spheres. This unlocks for you at level 14. Also, here are the materials that you need to craft this Workbench:
- 10 Paldium Fragments
- 30 Wood
- 10 Nails
To get Paldium Fragments, you'll need to mine Stone, as you get one Fragment for every five Stone. You can also build the Crusher to automate this process by assigning a Pal to work at the station. Wood is pretty easy to find, and as for Nails, you'll need to make Ingots first by processing Ore through a Primitive Furnace. Then, you can craft Nails with the Ingots at the High-Quality Workbench.
After you have your Sphere Workbench, you can begin crafting Giga Spheres. Check out what materials you need to make one below:

As these Spheres are quite pricey to craft, remember to save your Giga Spheres to catch Pals that are at a higher level than you. Catching rare Pals, especially Alpha Pals, becomes a lot easier when you have these nifty Giga Spheres.
