It's tough seeing your hardworking Pals feeling under the weather, especially when they're crucial to your base operations. But if you know how to cure Overfull in Palworld, your Pals will continue working and provide you with all the goodies you assign to them.
The good news is that curing Overfull is a piece of cake in Palworld With our detailed instructions, you'll have your Pals back on their feet in no time at all.

How to cure Palworld Overfull status
Although the game tells you that a Pal with Overfull symptoms should take medicine, it doesn't specify which one. Fortunately, you will need the lightest possible medicine, the Low-Grade Medical Supplies. If you have at least one of them in your inventory, here are the steps you need to take to cure Pal:
- First, recruit a sick Pal to your team.
- Next, open your inventory, find Low-Grade Medical Supplies, and right-click on the item.
- Now, you can choose the Pal you want to treat, so click on the one who is sick.
Done, now your Pal will be free from the Overfull symptom and can continue to do its job. The only problem that will stand in your way is the obtaining of medicine, so let's talk in more detail about how to get Low-Grade Medical Supplies.
How to get low-grade medical supplies in Palworld
In general, we have found 2 methods you can use to get Low-Grade Medical Supplies; fortunately, both are quite easy. Depending on your preferences, you can choose the one that suits you best.
Craft it yourself
The first option is to create these medicines yourself. As mentioned above, these are the most primitive medicines in the game, so making them is quite easy. The first thing you need to do is build the Medieval Medicine Workbench, which can be unlocked in the Technology tab after reaching level 12. Once that's done, all you have to do is build this structure, which requires the following resources:
- Nail x5
- Paldium Fragment x10
- Wood x30
Once you have built the Medieval Medicine Workbench, interact with it, and you will see the range of medicines that can be crafted. Low-Grade Medical Supplies will be the first, and to make it, you will need the following resources:
- Horn x2
- Red Berries x5
Both resources are straightforward to get, as they are frequent drops from different Pals, so you shouldn't have any problems.
Kill or catch pals
The alternative is to kill or catch Pals who can drop Low-GradeTravelling Medical Supplies. Traveling around the world, we found several of them:
- Lifmunk
- Flopie
- Vaelet
Among them, we recommend focusing on finding Lifmunk, as this Pal is quite common and usually low-level. In the screenshot above, you can see what it looks like and the spawning locations of this Pal. Dropping Grade Medical Supplies is not guaranteed, so you may have to kill or catch a few Lifmunk.
