Where is the Pokemon Auction House?
The Auction House can be very easy to miss, as it isn't a specific building, and there are no signs. It is, in fact, the market area slap bang middle of Porto Marinada, with different stalls and the battle arena in it.
You will have to complete the Water Gym in Cascarrafa and its story before you can bid and buy at the Auction House, as it is involved in the Gym Leader's story.
What can I get at the Porto Marinada Auction House?
The Auction House typically offers job lots of balls, berries, or battle items. Occasionally, it will offer evolution items like Sinistea's Chipped and Cracked Pots, or the Rotom Catalogue.
Note that if you're looking to pick up the Rotom Catalogue item, you'll need to have a Rotom in your party while you approach the Auction House to have a chance of that item showing up.
The best way to change what comes up at the auctions is just to wait for them to refresh in-game. Every morning, there will be new items offered by the sellers.
