- 50 Motors - These are crafted from stators and rotors produced from copper, steel, and iron.
- 100 Encased Industrial Beams - Made by combining steel beams with concrete, typically in an assembler.
- 500 Steel Pipes - Produced by refining steel ingots in a constructor.
- 500 Copper Sheets - Crafted from copper ingots in a constructor.
Once you've completed the Oil Processing Milestone, you will unlock the ability to refine crude oil into useful products like plastic, which is essential for making Circuit Boards.
How To Craft Circuit Board
The most efficient way to craft Circuit Boards in Satisfactory is by setting up an automated production line using an Assembler.
This is ideal for large-scale production when you need Circuit Boards in high quantities, especially for more advanced components like Computers or Supercomputers. This method requires more initial setup but provides long-term efficiency. To do this, you need to gather two essential resources.
The recipe for a Circuit Board is as follows:
- 4 Plastic
- 2 Copper Sheets
Start by locating a crude oil resource node and using an Oil Extractor to pump out oil, which is then refined into plastic using a Refinery. For optimization, consider setting up a refinery to produce fuel and polymer resin. Then, route the resin to a second refinery with water input to create additional plastic, minimizing waste like Heavy Oil Residue.
On the copper side, find a Copper Ore node and extract it using a Mining Rig. The raw copper is sent to a Smelter to produce Copper Ingots, which are then processed in a Constructor to form Copper Sheets.
You can increase efficiency by using Conveyor Splitters to distribute copper ore among multiple smelters and split oil outputs to multiple refineries for plastic production. Finally, the plastic and copper sheet outputs are connected to an assembly machine, which automatically crafts circuit boards.
Circuit Boards can also be crafted manually using a Craft Bench. This is a practical option when you only need a small quantity of Circuit Boards and don’t have the time or resources to set up an automated production line.
