How To Craft Vortex Grenades?

Vortex Grenades can be crafted using the Industrial Workbench. However, you must first proceed and complete several early Shattered Space missions to unlock Vortex Grenade Crafting.

First, finish the quest What Remains. Once you land in Dazra, a new quest named The Promise, Broken will be added to your mission logs.

Speak to Malibor Dul'kehf, and right after your conversation with him, Anasko Va'ruun will appear. Listen to the dialogue and agree to help the Va'ruun by becoming part of House Va'ruun. You will then have access to the city.

Initially, people will not talk to you until you have completed the ritual for becoming part of House Va'ruun. Follow Malibor into a cave nearby and speak to Inaza Kaisir.

After the dialogue, Malibor will ask you to meet Ekris Kaisir. Agreeing with him to assist the houses will end the quest The Promise, Broken. The quest will reward you with 12,000 credits and an epic melee weapon. Continue talking to him to discuss demolitions and you will now be able to unlock Vortex Grenade crafting.

Proceed to any Industrial Workbench and you can then craft your very own Vortex Grenade.
