Drive tickets have plenty of uses

What are drive tickets in Street Fighter 6?

Drive tickets in Street Fighter 6 are a free form of currency players can obtain to buy certain add-ons in the Battle Hub Goods Shop, which features a selection of exclusive cosmetics for your avatar that you can use both inside the Battle Hub or in World Tour. They don't offer any stat boosts, only cosmetic enhancements.

On top of that, drive tickets can be used to purchase different colours for character outfits, stickers to use via the in-game camera, and emotes for your avatar.

Earning drive tickets will be challenging

How to earn drive tickets in Street Fighter 6

Drive tickets in Street Fighter 6 can't be bought with real-life currency. Instead, players have to complete certain timed challenges to get their hands on some.

At the time of writing, the only challenge available rewards players with 500 drive tickets for completing a tutorial in Fighting Ground. It's labeled as Monthly Challenge 1, so it remains to be seen if more will become available in the coming weeks.

It's worth noting that Street Fighter 6 will feature a Fighting Pass, which is similar to a season pass seen on games like Fortnite, however, no details regarding the contents of it are known still.

The Fighting Pass could very well come with a set of drive tickets as rewards on either the free or premium tracks. This is all speculation at this point in time, and we'll have to wait until Capcom is ready to unveil the contents of the Fighting Pass.

Another way to get drive tickets is via special events. So far we haven't had one that gave away this currency, but just to give you an example, a recent event gave away 200 kudos for winning three cabinet matches.

The best use you could have for drive tickets is definitely to earn colour outfits for all main fighters. Oddly enough, the default costume alt colours can't be unlocked by progressing through the main story or even arcade modes, so you'll need to save up a good chunk of drive tickets if you don't want to spend real cash on them.

That wraps it up for everything you need to know about Street Fighter 6 drive tickets. If you want more SF6 content, check out our tier list to help you pick out a main character, as well as a guide on how to taunt in Street Fighter 6.
