The Fairy Bottle in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is just one of several healing items available. This Bottle is a recurring item in previous Legend of Zelda titles.
It stores fairies to heal the player, making the battles less tense with it in your inventory. In this article, you'll learn how to track down and use the Fairy Bottle.
All 4 Fairy Bottle Locations in the Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
Fairy Bottles can be used to store fairies that automatically revive you if your health is fully depleted or to hold potions and other healing items.
These bottles appear in various spots, such as (but not limited to) Suthorn Forest and Kakariko Village. Some bottles also require completing challenges, such as collecting rally stamps scattered across Hyrule.
Finding all four bottles should be a priority to make your journey through Hyrule smoother.
Bottle 1 - Suthorn Forest Cave
The first Fairy Bottle can be found relatively early in the game. As you leave Suthorn Village and head east into Suthorn Forest, look for a cave near a small pond. Inside the cave, you'll face a few minor enemies like Zols and Ignizols.
Defeat the Ignizol to collect its Echo for later use in the cave. In the next room, use the Ignizol Echo to defeat enemies hiding in the grass and to light an unlit torch that opens a locked door. Once the door is open, head through it and claim your first Fairy Bottle from the chest.
Bottle 2 - Kakariko Village (Cuccos on the Loose Side Quest)
Your second Fairy Bottle comes from a side quest in Kakariko Village. Speak to the lady standing near the Cucco pen, and she’ll ask for your help rounding up her five lost chickens. You’ll need to explore the area to return them to their pen.
Here’s where to find them:
- One Cucco can be found wandering south of the pen, not far from the dojo.
- Another is near the entrance at the southern edge of the village.
- Look northeast of the pen, at the base of the hill, to spot another Cucco.
- Check the graveyard close to the pen for the fourth one.
- The final Cucco has flown up to the windmill on the northeastern side of the village. You’ll need to use an Echo with climbing abilities to reach it.
After gathering all five, return them to the pen and speak with the woman again. She'll reward you with your second Fairy Bottle.
Bottle 3 - Seesyde Village (The Zappy Shipwreck Side Quest)
Your third Fairy Bottle is obtained by completing The Zappy Shipwreck side quest in Seesyde Village. After finishing the main quest called Still Missing, speak to a man standing on top of a boat in the village to start the side quest. This quest sends you to a shipwreck located southwest of Zora Cove, accessible by using Bind to open a trapdoor.
Once inside the ship, you'll need to solve puzzles and defeat enemies; one particular puzzle requires using Water Block Echoes to lift a statue onto a switch.
After you finish the challenges and take down the enemies, you’ll come up against an electric jellyfish mini-boss.
To defeat this boss, use a combination of offensive Echoes like Chompfin. Use Bind to separate the smaller jellyfish from their electric bindings. Once the boss is defeated, collect the rewards and exit the dungeon.
Upon returning to Seesyde Village, speak to the quest giver to receive your third Fairy Bottle.
Bottle 4 - Stamp Rally Challenge
The final Fairy Bottle can be acquired by participating in the Stamp Rally challenge. Throughout Hyrule, you'll come across various Stamp Stands, which you must collect.
You can start gathering stamps after reaching Kakariko Town and speaking with the Stamp Guy to begin your journey. Once you have gathered all 15 stamps, return them to the Stamp Guy, who will reward you with the fourth Fairy Bottle.
That’s how to locate each fairy bottle; finding them will aid you when things go south.
