What Is Project L?
Project L is the brand new fighting game, developed by Riot Games. What was heavily rumoured and kept in the dark has finally been given some light. This fighting game involves characters from the League of Legends universe as they fight across 2D stages.
Despite the fighting game being in development for some time, they stress that they have a long way to go. Since Riot acquired Radiant Entertainment, who previously were working on Rising Thunder, has finally been able to share what they are working on.
They've said that the game will focus on more simplified game mechanics, despite looking very similar to Street Fighter in some regards. It will be a comfortable experience for those familiar with League of Legends, as you can imagine the moves will mirror those seen in the MOBA.
Release Date
Project L is anticipated to release either in Late 2021 or 2022, although there has been no concrete information yet. Soon as we know more, we'll keep you updated.
