Bungie have sent out its Weekly Update with news of an improved user interface included in the next update named 1.1.1. The new U.I. will now feature a drop down menu allowing Guardians to check their reputation standings with each tower vendor.
Currently, players must visit the tower and speak to each vendor individually to discover their reputation, which is incredibly tedious. With the new update players will simply go into their menus and click on a drop down menu showing everything they need to know. A feature players have been asking for since the game was released.
Bungie conducted a short interview with David Candland, aka “Evil Otto”, Lead User Interface at Bungie, who explained that:
“We’ve created a way for you to see your faction reputations and weekly marks without having to run from vendor to vendor in the Tower. Now this information is never more than two clicks away!”
“We’ve known we’ve wanted this feature since we donned our first piece of faction class gear, and the community has too. It was a no-brainer.”
But that’s not all. “Evil Otto” also hinted that this may not be the last we see of changes to Destiny, stating;
“We’re working on a lot of new features.”
