MultiVersus is finally here, and unlike it's early-access days, comes with a much more well-rounded cast of characters than before. The MultiVersus character roster has been leaked and speculated about before, but now we've got full confirmation on who's going to be smacking who this May 28th, 2024.
There's been a lot of changes to MultiVersus, and plenty that fans of its early access didn't expect. For one thing, the game is getting single-player content in the form of PvE, and Season 1 is happening again... For some reason.
The roster's characters range from the wacky to the wonderful to the completely unexpected. It includes includes characters like Game of Thrones' Arya Stark to Shaggy from Scooby-Doo. Now with a few more names added to the MultiVersus character roster, it's highly likely that the game has much more depth when it comes to its characters skills and abilities.
It should be noted that we'll be updating the MultiVersus character roster as much as possible, with additions being added as soon as they are launched in-game

These are all of the characters that are available in the MultiVersus character roster at launch. However, as mentioned, new seasons will likely bring new characters from other Warner Bros IPs.
MultiVersus Free Characters
As a free-to-play game, MultiVersus has a variety of characters that can either be unlocked via completing challenges or quests, as well as characters that will only be available if a person hands over some money. For the latter, we're talking about how Jason Voorhees in Season 1 is only available to players on the premium pass.
That said, the majority of MultiVersus characters are free to use without dipping into your wallet.
