If you’re looking for a way to play Palworld on mobile, there are ways. However, any Palworld Mobile games on Android and iOS are fake, and developer PocketPair needs you to be aware.
Following the massive success of Palworld, over eight million players are enjoying the game on Steam with even more on Xbox. However, many without access to these systems are trying to play the game on mobile.
Palworld developer PocketPair announced on social media that new Android or iOS games with Palworld’s name are not affiliated with the company. Furthermore, downloading these games could result in your information being stolen by nefarious third parties.
“There is no Palworld application for phones. Apps using names and product images such as "パルワールド" and "Palworld" are appearing on the AppStore and Google Play, but they are not affiliated with our company in any way,” PocketPair told fans.
The developer explained that the apps have been reported to the appropriate parties at Apple and Google. However, more fake Palworld mobile apps are continuing to make their way onto mobile devices.
“Please be aware that downloading these apps may lead to the leakage of personal information stored on your smartphone or to fraud,” the studio warned fans of the game.
At the time of writing, Palworld is only available on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series machines. While PlayStation is currently investigating a way to bring Palworld to PS5, there’s currently no Palworld PlayStation port in the works. Furthermore, there’s no Palworld Nintendo Switch port in the works either, at least for the current version of the handheld.
With over eight million players, a Palworld roadmap has been released to lay out future DLC. New additions such as Palworld PvP and new features to stop Palworld cheaters are on the way, but there’s no word on new versions for other platforms.
Palworld is currently available right now on PC and Xbox, the latter playable via Xbox Game Pass.
