Luocha has a niche of stripping debuffs from allies, which is a must-have trait for any support. He does not require much energy regeneration in his build, as his Traces resolve most of his energy issues without requiring additional gearing.
Best Light Cone for Luocha
Echoes of the Coffin is Luocha’s signature five-star Light Cone, which boosts both his attack and his healing. It offers buffs for this entire team and is one of the best support Light Cones available in the game. If you do not have access to it, consider using Shared Feeling or Cornucopia as alternatives.

Luocha’s primary role is healing, and you should maximise either his attack speed or healing effectiveness. Luocha’s healing scales with his attack, so you need to get some attack stats on your relics as well to improve his healing output. The best relic sets for him are Passerby of Wandering Cloud, Fleet of the Ageless, and Space Sealing Station.
Passerby of Wandering Cloud
- 2-Piece Bonus: Increases Outgoing Healing by 10%.
- 4-Piece Bonus: At the beginning of the battle, immediately recovers one Skill Point.
Space Sealing Station
- 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's ATK by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer's ATK increases by another 12%.
Fleet of the Ageless
- 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8%.
The stats you want to go for when building Luocha are attack, outgoing healing boost, and Imaginary damage bonus. After you have enough stats to maximise her healing, you can go for more offensive stats like crit rate and crit damage.

Luocha is an extremely powerful support, even without Eidolons. You should save your Stellar Jades and summon more characters instead. If you do like Luocha a lot and want to maximise his kit, his Eidolon 2 is a great stopping point. You get 10 Energy every time you heal an ally to full HP, which makes him a far more consistent healer thanks to the improved ability uptime.
