Warning! Mild Pokémon Legends: Arceus spoilers
Pokémon Legends: Arceus might be set in the past, but anyone who has played the game knows there’s some time travel involved. This may explain why fans have discovered an odd modern room in the game’s code.
YouTuber FazFaz showed off the modern room in Pokémon Legends: Arceus via third-party software, meaning it can’t be accessed naturally on a Nintendo Switch. However, it’s an intriguing discovery nonetheless.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus Contains a Hidden Modern Room
From what can be seen in the video below, this modern room can’t be interacted with whatsoever, as it was likely cut from the final game. Many fans are speculating that the modern room was supposed to appear in the beginning, as the player’s chosen avatar is magically transported to the past when the game starts.
Some tidbits spotted in the modern room include a Nintendo Switch, and Pokémon decorations. While this is a fun discovery, we can see why this was cut since it doesn’t add much to the overall game. Your character getting transported proved enough to clue players in on what’s happening.
