Plants Vs Zombies was one of the most iconic mobile games back in the early 2010s, and EA has taken PopCap's smash hit and turned it into a franchise.
We've had shooter spin-offs before, but Battle For Neighborville is an excellent, family-friendly multiplayer title that's well worth a look.
Here's all we know about the game's Nintendo Switch release.
What Is Plants Vs Zombies: Battle For Neighborville?
Plants Vs Zombies: Battle For Neighborville is a third-person team-based shooter that pits the two titular sides against one another.
Units have their own abilities, and it plays similarly to the Garden Warfare titles that preceded it.
While the game launched back in October 2019 on PS4, Xbox and PC, Nintendo Switch owners that have been excited to jump in have had to wait.
Thankfully, this "Complete Edition" will bring all of the previously released seasonal cosmetic content to all players.
It's also the first game on EA's Frostbite Engine to come to Nintendo's console.
Release Date
Announced during the Nintendo Direct, the game will be releasing on Switch on March 19th, 2021!
